HRH the Deputy King issues Decree (84) of 2022

Manama, Dec. 26 (BNA): The Viceroy, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today issued Decree No. (84) of 2022 transferring the employees of the office organized by Decree (56) of 2013 to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. The office of the Minister based on the proposal of the Deputy Prime Minister and after the approval of the Council of Ministers.

The decree stipulates that the transferred employees shall retain the same job rights and benefits in accordance with the organizational structure of the Prime Minister’s Office.

It also stipulated the transfer of all financial appropriations allocated to the Diwan, whose organization was promulgated by Decree No. (56) of 2013 in the state’s general budget, and all its rights and obligations, to the Diwan of the Prime Minister.

Any provision that contradicts the provisions of this decree shall be repealed.

The provisions of this decree shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
