Manama, Feb. 22 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister, today visited the International Defense Exhibition and Conference 2023 (IDEX) in Abu Dhabi National Park. Exhibition Center (ADNEC).
His Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister, stressed the role played by international military and defense exhibitions in providing opportunities for exchanging experiences and knowledge in the military field. In this regard, His Royal Highness referred to the UAE’s continued success in hosting international events, under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
His Highness praised the UAE for its success in hosting IDEX, stressing in particular its commitment to hosting regional and global defense exhibitions over the years and thanking it for its role in protecting regional security and stability.
His Highness toured a number of pavilions at IDEX and was briefed on the latest international defense, military and security systems.
His Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister praised the many international companies that display modern military products at the exhibition, which strengthens IDEX as an international platform for global strategic defense and military and security partnerships.
His Highness pointed out that the participation of the Bahrain Defense Force in the IDEX exhibition reflects the deep-rooted relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, as well as the strength of joint cooperation between the two countries.
