Manama, May 16 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Prime Minister, received today the Defense Adviser of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Middle East and North Africa, Air Marshal Martin Sampson, at Riffa Palace.
His Royal Highness highlighted the long-standing relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom, which have resulted in many strategic military and defense partnerships.
His Highness affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation to achieve common goals that benefit the two kingdoms and their peoples.
The latest regional and international developments and issues of common concern were also discussed.
The meeting was attended by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, and His Excellency Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defense Force, Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi.
