Manama, Dec. 8 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met today in Riffa, the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Anwar Habibullah. Palace on the occasion of the end of the ambassador’s service in the Kingdom.
His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the strength of Bahraini-Chinese relations, and the importance of enhancing cooperation and coordination for the benefit of both countries and achieving common goals.
His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister extended his best wishes to His Excellency the Ambassador in his future endeavors.
During the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest and regional and global developments.
For his part, Habibullah expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet His Royal Highness, pointing to His Highness’ continuous support for strengthening Bahraini-Chinese relations. His Excellency Habibullah also wished the Kingdom continued progress and prosperity.
The meeting was also attended by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and the Minister of Finance and National Economy, His Excellency Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
