Our clients specialize in building materials and industrial products in the Gulf region. They are currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Officer to be based in Bahrain.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacancies and managing the recruitment process.
• Orientation of new employees and training of existing employees.
• Monitor employee performance.
• Ensure that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
• Supervising the health and safety of all employees.
• Implement systematic staff development procedures.
• Advise on policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
• Communicate with employees about issues that affect their performance.
• Ensure accurate and proper records of employee information are kept in electronic and digital form.

Qualifications and requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Previous experience in human resources.
• Able to engage in meaningful negotiations and resolution.
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• The candidate must be Bahraini
