A human resources (HR) coordinator is a professional who completes the planned human resources practices and duties of an organization’s human resources department, assists the human resources manager/manager with recruitment, maintains employee records, assists with the performance appraisal process, assists with the annual leave process, and assists with the payroll process Payroll, HR services and support to all employees.

• Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System to ensure that all employee information is captured correctly & accurately, managed and maintained effectively at all times.
• Create job advertisements and post them to all relevant resources based on job description and specifications.
• Maintain a CV bank and keep records of potential candidates.
• Coordination of all types of interviews and preparation of job offers for the selected candidates.
• Implementation and follow-up procedures for boarding and orientation for new arrivals.
• Processing paid cars request for new entrants / sponsored employees with the designated bank.
• Submit required reports related to HR practices to Sr. HR Officer / CHRO.
• Implement standard HR procedures in all HR practices & functions.
• Maintain print and digital copies of employee records.
• Handling annual leave settlement, employee flight ticket booking, annual leave payments at the time and end of services.
• Coordination for booking hotels and airlines on a business trip.
• Maintain updated records of annual leave records.

• Prepare daily attendance reports for group assignment and submit daily report to Sr. HR Officer.
• Maintains monthly group attendance, prepares monthly payroll for all group assignments, and ensures all employees get paid on pre-scheduled time/date.
• Keeping abreast of the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Follow up the process on a daily basis in terms of corresponding emails, responding to inquiries, and reporting important issues to Sr. HR Officer / CHRO.
• Maintaining an updated record of businessmen’s compensation and preparing the monthly report accordingly.
• Arranging the issuance of bank accounts for sponsored employees.
• Sending exit permit e-mails to employees who are entitled to obtain exit permit.
• Ensure that you receive the monthly reports prepared by Camp Bosses.
• Follow up with PRO management regarding all employee related issues with e-Government, such as RP renewal, card renewal, new visa issuance, new RP issuance, RP cancellation, sponsorship transfer, etc.
• Preparing the necessary human resources letters required by the employees.
• Prepare relevant HR forms such as change of status, pre-orders, warning letters, etc.
• Follow up with the financial department to process cash/check payments.
• Reconciling the monthly salary experiences with the outstanding salaries.
