Description
Reporting to the Head of Business Partners in Human Resources, you will be responsible for the staff in your business unit with the support of the Center of Excellence team.
* Maintain organized policies and procedures for the business unit
* Starting a performance management program with talent pipelines and development opportunities
* Support recruitment initiatives
* Team coach, mentor and partner support team with business leaders
* Support the development and development of all employees, including the development of leadership skills
* Develop the compensation and salary structure for the business unit
* Lead employee engagement initiatives
* HiPo software development within your business unit
Job offer
Competitive salaries and benefits offered. Moving to the project in Saudi Arabia is required. There is no option to work remotely.
* Blue-chip/Fortune 500 company experience is essential – Previous experience working on an HRBP or complex matrix model.
*Must have worked as an HR business partner with at least 10 years of experience in HR
*Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree
Extensive experience in general HR and ideally a CIPD (or equivalent qualification)
* Proven experience of proactive, project management, and senior stakeholder management
*Must be process driven, detailing the key policies and procedures you have implemented
* Experience in one of these industries preferred – technology, renewable energy, infrastructure, transportation or engineering
