• At least 5 years of experience in the field of human resources.

• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining privacy in the workplace.
• Ability to make presentations.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws in the UAE.
