This role will be an employee-facing role, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within a team.

• The ability to support a 24/7 environment with multiple shifts and significant employee slope during peak season in the fourth quarter.
• Must be willing to work with a flexible schedule that includes night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Main Job Responsibilities
• Data entry to maintain correct daily work data
• Intermediate level analysis skills in a variety of systems including Excel files, PeopleSoft and other miscellaneous reports
• To be the first point of contact for employees regarding attendance, disciplinary procedures, engagement activities and various HR inquiries
• Monitor attendance and compliance daily
• Enter sick notes, leave, absence and night shift into the system and report the entries to payroll partners
• Create reports on a daily basis

Basic qualifications
• Excellent skills in Arabic and English
• Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience working in the field of human resources
• The ability to move between different shifts (day shift / night shift), in addition to changing the weekly leave and shift timing based on work needs.

qualifications preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Psychology or similar fields
• Experience working in fast-paced international environments
