Manama, Dec. 27 (BNA): The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, Amina bint Ahmed Al-Rumaihi, received the Director of Housing, Water Resources and Disaster Reduction at the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States, Shahira Hassan Wehbe, and discussed ways of cooperation with her. Al-Rumaihi praised the results of the thirty-ninth session of the Arab Ministers of Housing and Construction and the Seventh Arab Housing Conference, which was held in Cairo, Egypt, in the middle of this month. She pointed out that the training course organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning for the liaison coordinators of the ministries of housing in the member states of the League of Arab States, comes within the framework of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s commitment to hosting the website of the Arab Ministers of Housing. and construction council.
Shahira Hassan Wehbe praised the efforts of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning in providing adequate housing and improving welfare for all segments of society.
It is worth noting that the training course hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain brought together communication coordinators for housing ministries from 16 Arab countries, in addition to representatives of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States.
