What will you do:
Maintain complete knowledge of:
– Dining room layout, table/seat/section numbers, appropriate table settings, restaurant capacity, opening hours, price range, dress code
Restaurant reservation procedures
– Daily home, arrival, departure and VIP counting
Scheduled group activities, locations and times
– All management policies / service procedures
Record and confirm restaurant reservations/cancellations as per departmental standards.
Inform management of reservation/cancellation changes as soon as they appear during the shift.
Monitor the preparation of special assignments, ensuring compliance with departmental standards.
Your experience and skills include:
Curriculum vitae and proven work experience as a hostess
– Excellent communication skills, especially orally
Knowing a second language is an added advantage
Positive behavior and excellent communication skills
Flexibility and ability to multitask
