HM King’s belief in importance of Bahraini youth role highlighted by SCYS Deputy Chairman

Manama, Mar. 24 (BNA): Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Shaikh Daij bin Salman Al Khalifa, affirmed that Bahrain Youth Day is an opportunity to renew pride in the Kingdom’s achievements.


He affirmed His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s constant interest in Bahraini youth, noting the royal belief in the importance of the role played by Bahraini youth in ensuring the continuity of the comprehensive development process, as they are the true assets of the Kingdom.


He highly appreciated the continuous support provided by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to Bahraini youth through government projects that highlight their successes.


He said that the directives of His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for humanitarian work and youth affairs, head of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, to support youth in various gatherings reflects His Highness’s sound vision and confidence in the creative ideas of youth and his ability to contribute to building the nation, knowing that His Highness Sheikh Nasser is a role model for Bahraini youth, being the pride of the nation and a role model for an inspiring and motivating leader.


He pointed out that the initiatives of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth, President of the General Sports Authority and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, inspire Bahraini youth and motivate them to be more creative and contribute effectively to increasing national achievements.
