Manama, Dec. 12 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of thanks and appreciation from Shura Council Speaker Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh for opening the first session of the sixth legislative term.
The Speaker of the Shura Council praised the royal speech and directives for defining national priorities in the coming years and drawing features of a more prosperous future for the Kingdom of Bahrain. He pledged to continue efforts to serve Bahrain and its people, strengthen the rule of law and institutions, and achieve more achievements. He also pledged to continue the reform and modernization process led by His Majesty the King to promote development and consolidate the Kingdom’s position as a civilized model of comprehensive growth and peace.
