Manama, October 25 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa held a meeting with His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq at Sakhir Palace.
The meeting reviewed the close and distinguished relations between Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman and their leadership, and the ties of love and respect that bind the two brotherly peoples.
His Majesty the King discussed historical relations, ways to enhance cooperation in various fields, and the latest developments at the regional and international levels.
His Majesty the King praised the visit of His Majesty Sultan Haitham, which strengthened the bonds of brotherhood between the two countries.
His Majesty stressed that Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman are distinguished by their well-established civilizations that spanned for decades, witnessing a bright present and a prosperous future, and stressed the importance of exchanging visits between the two countries.
His Majesty Sultan Haitham thanked His Majesty King Hamad for the warm reception, praising His Majesty’s constant keenness to strengthen the close brotherly relations with the Sultanate of Oman.
His Majesty the Sultan affirmed Oman’s keenness on continuing cooperation to enhance close relations in all fields.
