HM King receives Royal Family Council members

Manama, Dec. 16 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received members of the Royal Family Council. Sakhir Palace today.

The members of the Council extended their deepest congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty the King on the occasion of the Kingdom’s national holidays, in celebration of the anniversary of the establishment of the modern Bahraini state as an Arab and Islamic state, which was founded by Ahmed Al-Fateh in 1783, on the anniversary of its consecration. Membership in the United Nations and the anniversary of His Majesty the King assuming the reins of power.

They expressed their pride in the vast achievements achieved by Bahrain and its people in all fields, as well as in the distinguished international position it enjoys thanks to His Majesty the King’s wise leadership and sound approach.

They praised the tremendous efforts made by His Majesty King Hamad in order to strengthen the Kingdom’s relations with brotherly and friendly countries, strengthen its honorable positions in various global forums, and consolidate its pioneering role at the Arab and international levels, asking God Almighty. May His Majesty the King be guided on the right path, and may He bless him with abundant health, happiness and a long life, to continue the march of progress that the Kingdom is witnessing in his prosperous age.

His Majesty King Hamad welcomed the members of the Royal Family Council, and exchanged with them congratulations and good wishes for the dear national occasions, expressing his thanks and appreciation to them for the noble patriotic sentiments and invitations they offered.
