Manama, February 14 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa affirmed his pride in the close, historical and fraternal relations between Bahrain and Egypt and their growing strength in light of their common desire to develop them to achieve sustainable development. Promote common interests.
His Majesty King Hamad was receiving the Speaker of the Egyptian Parliament, Hanafi Ali Al-Jabali, who conveyed his warm greetings and President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and his wishes for further progress and prosperity to Bahrain.
His Majesty the King praised the visit of the Speaker of Parliament and his accompanying delegation, and asked them to convey his greetings to President Sisi, and his best wishes for prosperity to the Egyptian people.
His Majesty King Hamad praised the long-term cooperation between the two countries in all fields, especially since they share a common history, and Egypt has been a center of culture and civilization throughout history.
His Majesty stressed that President Sisi is the one who developed these bilateral relations, and that the civilizational and development progress in Egypt has been possible thanks to the efforts of the Egyptian president, who is always keen on the progress of his country.
His Majesty the King praised the role of the Egyptian community in Bahrain and its contributions to the Kingdom’s development process. His Majesty also praised the importance of fraternal visits that support strengthening relations and contribute to exchanging legislative and parliamentary experiences and coordinating positions in various parliamentary forums.
His Majesty the King valued Egypt’s consistent positions in support of Bahrain, pointing to Egypt’s pivotal role in defending the interests of the Arab nation.
Al-Jabali expressed his gratitude to His Majesty the King for the generous welcome, and congratulated him on the anniversary of the National Action Charter, which developed national action and strengthened the democratic and parliamentary process in Bahrain. He added that Egypt is highly regarded by the Kingdom.
