Manama, April 6 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today ratified and issued Law No. (3) of 2023.
According to the law, His Majesty the King ratified the agreement between the government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and its counterpart in the government of the Sultanate of Oman regarding cooperation in the field of maritime transport and ports, signed here on October 24, 2022, following its signing. The approval of the Shura Council and the House of Representatives.
The Prime Minister and the Ministers – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of this Law, and it shall come into effect immediately upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
