Manama, October 23 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decree No. (60) of 2022 appointing the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority as the competent administrative authority stipulated in Decree-Law No. (55) of 2018. With regard to electronic transferable records, Based on the proposal of the Prime Minister, and after the approval of the Council of Ministers.
The Prime Minister and the Minister – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of this Decree, and it shall come into force immediately, and be published in the Official Gazette.
