Manama, May 18 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decree No. (45) of 2023 amending Article (1) of Decree (61) of 2021 regarding the establishment of the Public Authority for Sports. Based on the proposal of the Prime Minister and after the approval of the Council of Ministers.
According to the decree, the phrase “Minister” mentioned in Article (1) of Decree (61) of 2021 shall be replaced by the phrase “Minister of Education.”
The Prime Minister and the Ministers – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of this decree, and it shall come into effect from the day following its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
