HM King issue Royal Decree 68/2022 forming the Cabinet

Manama, Nov. 21 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Royal Decree No. (68) of 2022 forming the Council of Ministers based on a proposal by the Prime Minister.

Article 1

Appointing His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa as Deputy Prime Minister.

Article 2 provides for the following appointments:

1. His Excellency Major General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior.


2. His Excellency Dr. Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
3. His Excellency Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy.
4. His Excellency Jamil bin Muhammad Ali Humaidan, Minister of Labor.
5- His Excellency Ghanim bin Fadl Al-Buainain, Minister of Parliament.
6. His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, Minister of Defense Affairs.
7. His Excellency Wael bin Nasser Al-Mubarak, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture.
8. His Excellency Dr. Muhammad bin Mubarak bin Dinah, Minister of Oil and Environment.
9. His Excellency Mohammed bin Thamer Al Kaabi, Minister of Transport and Communications.
10- His Excellency Ibrahim bin Hassan Al-Hawaj, Minister of Works.
11- His Excellency Youssef bin Abdul Hussein Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs.
12. His Excellency Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfoor, Minister of Social Development.
13- His Excellency Yasser bin Ibrahim Humaidan, Minister of Electricity and Watter Affairs.
14. Her Excellency Dr. Jalila bint Al-Sayed Jawad Hassan, Minister of Health.
15. Her Excellency Nawaf bint Muhammad Al-Maawda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments.
16. His Excellency Hamad bin Faisal Al-Maliki, Minister of Cabinet Affairs.
17. Her Excellency Amna bint Ahmed Al-Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning.
18. Her Excellency Noor bint Ali Al-Khalif, Minister of Sustainable Development
19 – Fatima bint Jaafar a. Al-Sairafi, Minister of Tourism
20. His Excellency Dr. Ramadan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Minister of Information Affairs.
21. Dr. Mohamed Mubarak Gomaa, Minister of Education.

23. Her Excellency Rawan bint Najeeb Al-Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs


Article 3


The Prime Minister shall implement the provisions of this Royal Order, and it shall come into effect immediately upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
