Manama, November 14 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander, paid a visit today to the General Command of the Bahrain Defense Force.
Upon his arrival, His Majesty the King was received by the Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force, Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
His Majesty the King was accompanied by the Minister of the Royal Court, Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
His Majesty King Hamad was received by Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Theyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, and a number of senior officers of the Bahrain Defense Force.
His Majesty the King, the Supreme Commander, was briefed on the future plans and programs of the various branches and units of the Bahrain Defense Force, expressing his pride in the force and its brave personnel who provided the best models of loyalty to the homeland, courage and discipline.
His Majesty the King expressed his thanks to all members of the Bahrain Defense Force for their tremendous efforts to protect the great national achievements of the Kingdom, which were achieved thanks to the dedication and solidarity of the citizens.
His Majesty the King, the Supreme Commander, wished the brave members of the Bahrain Defense Force more success in performing their national tasks inside and outside the Kingdom, as well as the Kingdom’s permanent progress and prosperity.
