Manama, September 20 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a congratulatory message to Nepalese President Bidya Devi Bhandari on the occasion of the Constitution Day in her country.
His Majesty the King wished President Bhandari good health and happiness, and progress and prosperity to the people of Nepal.
