Manama, Nov. 27 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has sent a cable of congratulations to Albanian President Bagram Pakaj on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day.
His Majesty the King expressed his best wishes to His Excellency on this national occasion.
