Manama, February 13 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a congratulatory cable from Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa on the twenty-first anniversary of the adoption of the National Action Charter.
