Manama, February 14 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a congratulatory cable from the Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defense Force, Lieutenant-General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, on the 21st anniversary of the National Action Charter.
