Manama, December 6 (BNA) The Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Higher Education received Dr. Sheikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors for International Cooperation Affairs at Sultan Qaboos University. Her Highness Dr. Mona bint Fahd Al-Saeed.
Her Highness’ visit comes to participate in the “Education Promotes Peaceful Coexistence” conference, which will be held under the royal patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa under the slogan “Ignorance is the Enemy of Peace” on December 7 and 8.
The conference will have wide international participation from major higher education institutions in the region and the world.
