Washington, October 7 (BNA) The National Security Adviser, Commander of the Royal Guard, Major General Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s keenness to cooperate with the United States of America in all fields, including the energy sector.
He noted the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the vision of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to enhance cooperation with other countries to develop the energy sector in Bahrain.
This came during a meeting of His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad with Energy Adviser Amos J. Hostein on the sidelines of his current visit to the United States of America.
His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Zayed Al Nahyan pointed to the importance of benefiting from American expertise in the field of energy and encouraging investment in energy, oil and gas.
HH Sheikh Nasser and energy advisor Amos J. Hochstein discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations in investing in the energy, oil and gas sectors and share successful practices.
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United States, Sheikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Assistant National Security Adviser, Sheikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Head of the Strategic Security Agency, Sheikh Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
