Manama, Oct. 5 (BNA) His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Chairman of the Public Sports Authority and Chairman of the Bahrain Olympic Committee in Bahrain, praised. The club’s role and contributions to sports in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This came during the visit of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad to the Bahrain Club, where he met the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Abdul Rahman Rashid Al-Khashroum, and members of the Board of Directors.
His Highness Sheikh Khaled also made a similar visit to the Al Shabab Club and met the Chairman of the Board, Mirza Ahmed Ali and other members of the Board of Directors. He praised the club’s dedicated efforts and contributions over the past twenty years.
The meeting was attended by His Highness Sheikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Financial Supervisory Authority, and Dr. Abdul Rahman Sadiq Askar, CEO of the Authority’s General Authority.
His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad stressed the keenness of the Public Authority for Sports to implement the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to develop sports in the Kingdom of Bahrain through strategies and projects.
His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad was briefed on the plans and programs developed by the Bahrain and Youth Clubs for the coming period to support sports in the Kingdom and achieve more achievements.
