Manama, May 24 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, received President of the Public Authority for Sports and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee. His Excellency Dr. Muhammad bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, following the issuance of a royal decree appointing him as a member of the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Agricultural Development.
His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad congratulated the minister on the precious royal trust placed in him, expressing his appreciation for his continuous efforts in developing the education sector in the Kingdom and strengthening the sports presence in this sector.
He stressed that the appointment of the minister in the Public Security Agency will enhance cooperation between the two sides.
The meeting reviewed issues related to the development of school sports and future projects.
