Manama, February 22 (BNA) The Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council and Vice-President of the Board of Trustees of Higher Education, Dr. Sheikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, received the French Ambassador, Jerome Kochard, and the Director General of Alumni. School of Economics and Business Sciences (ESSEC) Prof. Vincenzo Fenzi.
The Secretary-General praised the distinguished Bahraini-French relations, and affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s keenness to enhance cooperation in the field of education and scientific research and to exchange scientific and academic expertise in a way that contributes to supporting the future requirements of the labor market and advancing comprehensive development.
Professor Fenzi expressed his appreciation for the role and efforts of the Kingdom in promoting higher education and providing all requirements to encourage investment in education, and affirmed his country’s readiness for further cooperation.
