Manama, December 9 (BNA) Under the patronage of the Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior, Brigadier Adel Amin, the Directorate of Health and Social Affairs held a celebration of the International Volunteer Day.
Director of Health and Social Affairs, Lt. Col. Fatima Omar Abdel Ghaffar stressed the keenness of the Minister of Interior, Major General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, to promote volunteer work as part of the principles of community partnership.
The ceremony included honoring volunteers from the Directorate of Health and Social Affairs.
