WSP is currently looking to appoint a Head of Quality to be responsible and accountable for managing and delivering Quality Excellence for WSP Middle East.
Your new role, what is your role?
* Lead and prepare quality strategy, including quality management reviews to guide, advise and support the business.
* Ensure the WSP Quality Management System, as well as to ensure and confirm support and direction for projects; Enable delivering excellence in quality to our clients.
* Lead the planning of all business/program/project audits and review/approval when required.
* Responsible for the daily management of the quality team; Ensure that they have all the resources and empowerment required to carry out and complete their duties.
* Ensure that all business quality training needs are identified and planned to drive competency and expertise.
* Lead the quality management review process.
* Advise and lead promotional activities used to promote and enhance quality culture, behaviors and awareness throughout the business.
* Ensure that all quality related communications, including lessons learned, handouts, best practices, etc., are planned and delivered as and when required.
* Advise as necessary/monthly on potential causes of concern regarding quality aspects. (when selected)
* Leads and follows up on all customer feedback regarding quality.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* Relevant degree and/or diploma
* 12-15 years track record and experience in a quality management role
* 5-10 years experience in the Middle East
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Qualified auditor with ISO 9001 certification
