Chef de Cuisine (Italian restaurant)

As Chef de Cuisin of our Italian restaurant, you will lead and inspire our kitchen team to create culinary masterpieces that will allow our guests to rediscover the true meaning of warm hospitality while enjoying authentic and unforgettable experiences.

What will you do:

– Managing the kitchen of the Italian restaurant in the hotel
Maintain/monitor crew and food costs in line with hotel requirements
Create casual and sophisticated menus that appeal to the local market by developing recipes, presentations and quality standards
Oversee daily activities such as preparing all food items, sanitation of outlets, receiving daily inventories, daily log report, food cost report
Ensure that department schedules reflect service commitments, colleagues needs, and work productivity commitments

Your experience and skills include:

Minimum 3 years experience in culinary management in a high-end or luxury operation
Diploma in Culinary Required
Creative and passionate about food and customer service
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player
– Add the required diplomas/certificates if needed
