About the client:
An upscale casual dinner restaurant.
Job title:
• Follow HACCP Guidelines and ensure colleagues adhere to HACCP Guidelines
• Ensure that the cost of food in his bakery is in line with the budget kitchen operating requirements and energy costs in the kitchen
• Monitoring sales floor and back stock conditions
• Estimates baking needs, adequate requisitions, and supplies inventory, and maintains records of products made and used
• Coordinating in detail about restaurant/banquet/food production, and all specific duties of all employees
qualifications:
• 45 years and under
• Certificate in Culinary Arts, Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management
• At least two years experience in bakeries in a high-end restaurant or high-quality restaurant environment, such as a Michelin star rating, or equivalent is highly preferred; Central kitchen experience is a must
• Knowledge of HACCP Public Health & Safety in the Workplace
