Front office partners are responsible for the guest registration process and liaison with hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role provides an opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing payment methods and responding to guest inquiries. You will be the face of life as a front office assistant. Jay Pritzker founded Hyatt in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House Hotel, adjacent to Los Angeles International Airport. On December 31, 2004, all hospitality assets owned by the Pritzker family business interests, including Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International, were consolidated into a single entity, now the Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
