Guest Experience and Quality Manager (fixed term contract until December 2022)

What will you do:

– Supports guests in a friendly, helpful and personal way
Interacts and maintains excellent professional relationships with all guests
Practices and adherence to brand standards to enhance customer service
Responsible for anticipating and meeting guests’ needs
– Determines any opportunity to improve the guest’s experience
Be an ambassador at all times
– Keeps focus on the guest and nurtures a perfect guest experience
– Innovates cost-effective ideas and projects to improve service quality
Creates an atmosphere of high morale and happy working relationships in the team
Ensures that trainings are conducted and attended as scheduled
– Ensure quality and standards and meet guest expectations on a daily basis

Your experience and skills include:

Minimum 4 years guest relations experience in the hospitality sector, experience in Qatar is an added advantage
Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is an advantage
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in a large scale property
Experience with teams greater than 250 plus
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities
– Very responsible and reliable
A practical approach is essential
Service-focused character required, prior leadership experience required
Confidence in conducting training
