Project: As part of its 2040 strategy to promote cultural and artistic innovations. A modern center for arts and culture is being built. Under one roof, the center will house facilities such as food and beverage outlets, a cinema, and art clubs.
We are recruiting an ambitious and advanced graduate civil engineer to join our established and growing team in Oman.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assist in managing project evaluation and requirements.
• Provide support in assessing the impact and feasibility of site due diligence, initial planning and even final engineering design.
• Preparing architectural drawings and schematic designs according to project requirements.
• Study and evaluate drawings, blueprints, specifications and other documents related to the project.
• Determine the budget, project schedules, scope of work and deploy appropriate personnel.
• Support engineering and other skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.
• Collaborate and interact with construction teams, architects, developers and external project consultants.
• Assist in managing deliverables on time and within budget.
• Initiate and ensure standard discipline of civil engineering in drawings and plans.
• Commitment to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company.
