What will you do:
You will be responsible for processing all visas, permits and licenses
Preparing and processing all types of visas for employees
Monitor and review local regulations to ensure all documents are submitted as required
Keeping senior management informed of any legal changes or processing
Monitor applications submitted to ensure that visas are available in a timely manner
Ensure that policies and procedures follow and comply with local law
– Prepare monthly reports on time
– Building and maintaining a good relationship with all stakeholders
Your experience and skills include:
Experience in Qatar desirable, experience in hospitality is a plus
Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is an added advantage
– At least 5 years experience in a similar position
– At least 2 years experience in large scale real estate
– Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities
– Very responsible and reliable
A pragmatic approach is necessary
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
