Manama, Mar. 28 (BNA): Government hospitals, the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and Bahrain signed an agreement to enhance cooperation between the two sides. The agreement was signed by the CEO of government hospitals, Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Ansari, and the President of the Royal College of Surgeons in Bahrain, Mr. Samir Al-Atoum.
The signing was attended by Sheikh Hisham bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Governmental Hospitals, and senior officials from both sides.
The agreement aims to benefit from existing expertise and capabilities to further develop the health system and build health cadres in education, training and academic research.
