King Abdullah Economic City Jan. 4 (BNA): The Saudi International in February continued to draw top-tier artists from the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, with Patrick Reed and Tony Finau announcing their participation in the international event.
The addition of RED and Fino to the event at Royal Greens Golf and Country Club in King Abdullah Economic City came as no surprise. Reed has been in the event for the past three years of his existence, while Finau was Dustin Johnson’s co-runner-up last year.
The Saudi international will be part of the Asian Tour schedule this time around after having been a European Tour event in each of the past three years, Reuters reports.
Unlike Pebble Beach’s February 3-6 PGA Tour event, the Saudi International will have a field featuring two-time winner Johnson, 2020 champion, Graeme McDowell, Lee Westwood, Tommy Fleetwood, Henrik Stinson, Kevin Na, Bryson Deschamps, Sergio Garcia, Paul Casey and Shane Laurie, Phil Mickelson, Louis Oosthuizen, Ian Poulter, Xander Shaveli, Adam Scott, and Bubba Watson.
