Global COVID-19 caseload tops 245.8 million

London, Oct. 29 (BNA): More than 245.48 million people have been reported infected with the novel coronavirus globally and 5,210,100 people have died, according to a Reuters tally.

Infections have been reported in more than 210 countries and regions since the first cases were identified in China in December 2019.
