Global COVID-19 caseload exceeds 297.91 million

London, January 7 / BNA / Reuters reported on Friday that more than 297.91 million people have been infected with the new Corona virus globally, and 5,816,759 people have died.

Infections have been reported in more than 210 countries and territories since the first cases were identified in December 2019.
