responsibilities
Act as a functional consultant specializing in the delivery of HCM Cloud applications.
Assisting clients in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud modules for modern best practices.
– Assisting in providing client-facing workshops
Help validate the solution before adopting it
Contribute to applications (small and large) either in-house or on a client basis.
Proactively engage with team and clients to recommend best practice solutions.
The candidate is expected to share his knowledge, experience and best practices within the team and its extended network.
Work collaboratively alongside an Oracle partner or other external organizations.
Work in a team as well as an individual at customer sites.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Employment, Psychology, Business Studies, or Business Technology (with a concentration in Human Resources and Organizational Management).
Work experience in facing a client role (face to face or over the phone).
Knowledge of HR processes and business problems faced by HR practitioners
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills
