We are looking for an office girl (Filipina) who can also do basic reception work
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies the company’s employees of the visitor’s arrival.
• Maintains telecommunications system.
• Inform visitors of the response or referral of inquiries.
• Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Monitor office supplies/stationery and pantry supplies.
• Make tea and coffee and serve them to guests and staff as needed.
• Assist in setting up boardrooms or meeting rooms.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing and recording.
• Assisting employees in other administrative work when needed.
• Neat and elegant.
