• In this way, you will make our hotel something special
• At the reception, you will make sure that the guests are not only satisfied, but only excited
• You’ll always stay calm – even when all the guests come to check in at the same time
• You will make sure that things are running smoothly when guests arrive at the hotel reception, and that the management processes of the team are running optimally
Your experience and skills include:
• You have completed a training course in hotel business, gained some professional experience and can speak English fluently
• You can inspire your fellow employees just as you can inspire your guests. On top of that, you know your way around town and always have tips to roll your sleeves
• You are an actor – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
• You bring not only your abilities, but also your personality
