Manama, Jan. 27 (BNA) Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani received today the Consul-General of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Karachi, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Abdullah Ahmed Bakhous, Consul General in Al-Ayoun, Kingdom of Bahrain. Morocco, Yasser Issa Al-Hadi, and the Consul General in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Musa Abdullah Al-Nuaimi.
During the meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs congratulated the general consuls on the occasion of their appointment, noting the importance of the strong relations linking the Kingdom of Bahrain and brotherly countries.
He stressed the interest and keenness of the Kingdom of Bahrain to care and protect the interests of its citizens abroad and to provide them with all consular services to achieve the objectives of Bahraini diplomacy abroad, wishing them continued success.
The appointed Consul General of the Kingdom of Bahrain expressed their deep thanks and gratitude to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for issuing the decree appointing them to their positions.
They affirmed their determination to do their utmost to perform the tasks entrusted to them and to take care of the interests of Bahraini citizens abroad.
