Manama, October 17 (BNA) Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani received today Mr. Faisal bin Hareb bin Hamad Al Busaidi, who presented him with a copy of his credentials as the Sultanate’s ambassador. Oman to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs praised the brotherly relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman, stressing the Kingdom of Bahrain’s keenness to enhance bilateral cooperation to achieve common interests. He wished the ambassador success in his diplomatic duties.
The ambassador affirmed his country’s keenness to strengthen brotherly relations, expressing his pride in the steady growth of those relations in various fields, wishing the Kingdom continued progress and prosperity.
The meeting was attended by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs Dr. Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Chief of Protocol Salah Muhammad Shehab, and Chairman of the Cooperation Council Affairs Ambassador Abdulaziz Muhammad Al-Eid.
