Foreign Minister receives credentials copy of Israeli Ambassador-Designate to Bahrain

Manama, December 8 (BNA) Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani received at the ministry’s headquarters today HE Eitan Naie, who presented a copy of his credentials as the designated ambassador of the country. From Israel to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

During the meeting, the foreign minister welcomed the designated Israeli ambassador, stressing the Kingdom of Bahrain’s keenness to consolidate cooperation with Israel and promote peace and stability in the region to achieve prosperity and development.

He wished the appointed Israeli ambassador every success in his diplomatic missions.

For his part, Mr. Nae’e affirmed his country’s keenness to consolidate and develop its relations with Bahrain, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.

The meeting was attended by the Director-General of the Ministry’s Affairs, HE Ambassador Talal Abdul Salam Al-Ansari, the Head of European Affairs, HE Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Qurainis, and the Acting Chief of Protocol, Salah Muhammad Shehab.
