Foreign Minister receives credentials copies of Ambassadors-designate to Bahrain

Manama, October 27 (BNA) Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani received today, through a virtual meeting, copies of the credentials of a number of ambassadors appointed to the Kingdom of Bahrain. They are:

– His Excellency Bishop Eugene Martin Nugent, Ambassador-designate to the Holy See (Vatican), residing in Kuwait.

– His Excellency Albino Malungo, Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of Angola, residing in Abu Dhabi.

– His Excellency Mark Lawrence Donovan, Ambassador-Designate of Australia, residing in Riyadh.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs welcomed the ambassadors, praising the friendship and cooperation relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and their countries and their steady development in various fields. He wished the ambassadors success in their diplomatic missions.

For their part, the ambassadors expressed their happiness to present a copy of their credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, praising the relations of friendship and cooperation between their countries and Bahrain.

The meeting was attended by the President of American Affairs, H.E. Ambassador Sheikh Abdullah bin Ali Al Khalifa, Head of Afro-Asian Affairs, H.E. Ambassador Fatima Abdullah Al-Dhaen, and H.E. Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Qurainiz, Head of European Affairs.
