Foreign Minister receives credentials copies of Ambassadors-Designate to Bahrain

Manama, December 8 (BNA) Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani received, through a virtual meeting, copies of the credentials of a number of ambassadors appointed to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs received a copy of the credentials of Coulibaly Drissa, the designated ambassador of Cote d’Ivoire to the Kingdom of Bahrain and residing in Riyadh.

A copy of the credentials of Memburo Guy Ibrahim was received as a designated ambassador of the Republic of Gabon to the Kingdom of Bahrain and residing in Riyadh.

A copy of Barnaby’s credentials was received by Richard Gerard Riley as New Zealand Ambassador-designate to the Kingdom of Bahrain and resident in Riyadh.

He obtained a copy of the credentials of Yiannis Michaelides as Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to the Kingdom of Bahrain and resident in Abu Dhabi.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs welcomed the ambassadors in charge, expressing his appreciation for the friendship and cooperation relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and their countries. He praised their interest in developing bilateral relations, wishing them success in their diplomatic missions.

For their part, the ambassadors affirmed their countries’ interest in strengthening relations and cooperation with Bahrain, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
